Everything you need to know about working with Volare Wellbeing.
About coaching
Therapy often focuses on understanding and healing past experiences or mental health difficulties. Coaching is future-focused, helping young people build confidence, emotional skills, resilience and practical strategies to move forward. If therapy is more appropriate, we will always advise you.
Coaching helps young people discover their own answers through guided conversation and reflection. Mentoring combines this with sharing knowledge, guidance and practical experience where appropriate. We use whichever approach best supports the individual.
If your child is experiencing pressure, low confidence, anxiety about the future, motivation challenges or simply wants to grow, coaching can provide valuable support. Every young person is different, so we begin with an initial conversation to ensure it is the right fit.
Not at all. Coaching is just as valuable for prevention as it is for support. Many young people come to develop confidence, emotional resilience, decision making and life skills before challenges become bigger.
Many young people feel unsure at first. We take time to build trust without pressure. Coaching works best when someone is willing to engage, so the first conversation helps us explore whether the timing is right.
Your wellbeing always comes first. If coaching is not the most appropriate option, we will discuss this honestly and, where possible, signpost you to more suitable services.
Sessions and confidentiality
Every session is tailored to the individual. We explore current challenges, strengths, goals and practical strategies using evidence based coaching and positive psychology approaches in a supportive, confidential environment.
Trust is essential. Sessions are confidential unless there is a safeguarding concern or risk of harm. Parents receive appropriate updates while respecting the young person's privacy and independence.
Timelines and pricing
Every situation is different. Many families begin with six sessions, although some benefit from more or fewer. Positive changes are often noticed within the first few sessions as confidence and practical strategies develop.
Our fees vary depending on the level of support required. Costs include personalised coaching, preparation, resources where appropriate and follow up recommendations. Please get in touch for current pricing.
Practical information
We offer both online and in person sessions where appropriate. We are based in South East London and also work with young people and families across the UK online.

About our approach
Rather than delivering a one size fits all programme, we provide tailored consultancy, coaching and development that strengthens your existing wellbeing strategy and supports long term cultural change.
Our work complements existing provision. We focus on prevention, mental fitness, staff development and early intervention, helping strengthen the support already available within your school.
Our work draws on coaching psychology, positive psychology, behavioural science and nearly three decades of experience across education, safeguarding and youth development.
Practical and logistics
We work flexibly around your timetable and minimise disruption. We agree expectations and responsibilities in advance so the process is straightforward for staff.
Every school is different. Fees are based on the scope, size and duration of the work. We provide clear proposals with transparent pricing before any work begins.
Often, yes. Schools have successfully funded preventative wellbeing work through a range of existing budgets depending on the nature of the project. We are happy to discuss suitable options.

Absolutely. Many schools begin with a pilot to understand the impact before deciding whether to expand the programme.
